Referrals and Introductions
GCEX does not currently maintain arrangements under which it refers or introduces its clients to other entities, including other Virtual Asset Service Providers, in return for any monetary or non-monetary benefit. GCEX does not currently receive any monetary benefit, including by way of reciprocation for any service or business, in connection with referring or introducing its clients to another entity. Should GCEX enter into any such arrangement in the future, the relevant arrangements and applicable benefits will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Services for Other
Broker-Dealer VASPs
GC Exchange FZE does not currently hold or maintain funds or Virtual Assets on behalf of other Virtual Asset Service Providers providing Broker-Dealer Services and does not currently provide clearing services for such VASPs.
